Hi, thanks for all the information that has been put here!
I have quietly in the background been defending a parking ticket, from Minter Bay.
I properly should of posted sooner how things were going!
I thought I have done everything as I haven't heard anything in a while!
I just got a letter a week ago so bit late now, General form of judgement order!
before i have done the MCOL website, and sure I've done the Acknowledgment of Service, N9.
The letter says , it is ordered that, the defendant must file the directions questionnaire with the CCBC before 7 days with CCBC, (which has past Now as just seen the letter.)
Just now confused what need to be done, any help will be much apricated! Thanks!

If you're struggling to explain, perhaps it would be easier if you could show the letter, suitably redacted of your name, address and claim number.
Are you sure it says "it is ordered that, the defendant must file the directions questionnaire with the CCBC before 7 days with CCBC"?
Which PPC? Which solicitor, if any? What did you put in your defence? When did you do your AoS?2 -
Is this for the same Claim as your other thread?

If so, it would be worthwhile keeping everything in one place. Otherwise it will becoming confusing as people try to help you later in the process.2 -

second court letter, only given me a week to sort out?0 -
Show us where the word "fine" appears in any of your paperwork. Stop calling the speculative invoice a "fine".1

That was almost 3 weeks ago. If you haven't filed the DQ, the claimant is likely to have filed for judgment. The only way you can find that out today is to phone the CCBC. If they confirm the claimant hasn't filed for judgment, get that DQ off straight away. If a judgment has been entered against you, you'll have a CCJ which must be paid off by the deadline set by the court to avoid having a credit crushing impact on you, seriously affecting any main financial transactions you have over the next 6 years.BluntBlade said:
second court letter, only given me a week to sort out?You have to sort this out very quickly, you cannot ignore it any longer! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
