Why do you need to scan it? Just download the form (search for N180 DQ on Google) and fill it in using a PDF editor. You can digitally sign it and then just email it as an attachment to the CCBCAQ email address and to the claimant or their solicitor. Just address the email to both the CCBC and claimant and CC or BCC it also to yourself.

Where do I send it ???, now I'm panicking :(
scanner not working, about to run out house to find somewhere to scan in documents :(
    No scanning needed.

Just slow down (breathe) and read the Template Defence thread and email it to the address that sticky thread tells you.

    This is no biggie.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

But it's a sticky thread pinned at the top of the forum, one click back.  This is standard navigation when using any forum - it takes takes less than a second to hop straight to the Announcement threads.  No link needed.

There are always two hyperlinks on any page, to shut the virtual 'book' of threads if you feel stuck, and start again at page one.

Because we know not everyone is used to forums and how to start at page one where the Announcement threads and today's new posts are, my signature (below every post I make) states what one of the hyperlinks back to Page One looks like, and where it is, and I highlight which words to click on.

The other link is at the bottom of every page.
