Hi there,

I am in need of some advice please.

I purchased some USD on a Debenhams Travel Money card in March 2018 and the card expired in April 2022. If I remember correctly, there might have been something along the lines of a refund of unused funds after 6 years.

I would like to know what my options as I cannot register the card on the online portal as the card has now expired.

Perhaps VISA can advise via their support option ?

It's a Mastercard.

I'm just calling PrePay Technologies customer services as this is the number on the back of the card.

I Googled it - it came up Visa - was unaware it had changed horses.
Hopefully you'll get resolution one way or another.
