And their homeware, and their customer service, and their quality.

They are absolutely wonderful.

I was once given too much change and when I handed it back I got a free packet of biscuits.

They are lovely and friendly and if you ring them up they are so mega helpful it is wonderful.

More shops should be like Lakeland (don't get me started on the Original Gift Company...)

I have to agree, they are a brilliant company. I placed an order which included 3 butter knives they were out of stock and put on back order, Just after Christmas I received 3 alternative knives as they hadn't received any stock of the ones I ordered, unfortunately they weren't suitable and I rang to ask about sending them back for a refund and was told no need to send them back and to feel free to give them away.

What I also found good was, I asked if they were likely to get the original knives back in stock and the lovely lady actually went to the stock rooms to check if they had received any of the ones that I had ordered since my order was sent out.
