Just ignore them now.
Same advice as here:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Not_A_Hope will definitely leave a Tripadvisor review. From the way they spoke on the phone, it sounds like they get a lot of complaints. In fact they have a response on their website contact us page!I haven't said anything about who was driving or even that it's correct, only that I didn't get the PCN. If it was the time I'm thinking, some friends and I ate at the restaurant. None of us knew there was any kind of time allowance, and it's crazy for a large supermarket & restaurant to gouge its own customers.@Umkomaas Yes, its the one next to Halfords. Will get onto Trip advisor. Thanks for the tip, won't bother with POFA thenThanks @Grizebeck will follow that for sure0

Could the reason you didn't receive any communication be that your V5C logbook data is not up to date?1
-
@Coupon-mad thanks, I will do that.@YankeeBrit I recieved the second letter but not the original PCN so either lost in the post or never sent.0
-
Definitely worth checking the address on your V5C then to make sure it was actually "lost in the post".1

Just a quick update: I have recieved a letter from 'Debt Recovery Plus' asking for £160As per Newbies thread, I'll just ignore it.I wanted to double check if I had followed the advice correctly so far? The only correspondance I've made to UKPS is that I never recieved the initial PCN. I did not reply to their offer to pay the £60.

Except for the vital DLUHC email you need to send with your evidence. As per your thread:
