Received debt letter but never received PCN

Dear All,

I apologise if this question has been asked a million times before, but I struggle searching these things.
I have received a debt letter from Debt Recovery concerning a station parking non-payment issue. However, I have never received the PCN or any information from APCOA.
I have read the bit about non-contact, but can I go back to APCOA and tell them I've received nothing and would like to contest the charge? I am the keeper but I'm 100% sure I was not the driver.

Hello and welcome.

The usual reason for not receiving earlier notices is that the keeper's address on the Vehicle's Registration Document(V5c) is out of date. Have you moved house and forgotten to update the V5c? That can easily be put right online - on the DVLA website.

The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.

I'm most grateful for that reply. I haven't moved for about 35 years, but I genuinely haven't received any correspondence.
I will go down the ignore route.
