    That's over a hundred car parks with a charge of £70 or less before discount shown on this thread since it started, with the info posted by just a handful of people. Hundreds more sites have no infestation at all. Factor that up to cover the whole country and it it certainly indicates that the £100 deterrent is not needed, and vast swathes of the country don't need a PPC at all.
