Signs at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.  This is the entrance to the main multi-storey car park.

This is a close-up of the sign to the right of the entrance which is fairly visible to drivers on their way in, but
can you read the prominently displayed charge amounts?  They are there at the bottom left under the DVLA logo.

The privacy notice is on the left of the height restriction barrier away from the driver's view

This was on the wall opposite the entrance.  The charge amounts are slightly larger but still not exactly prominent.

If you can't read either image containing the charges, the amounts are £30 if paid within 14 days and £60 otherwise.

In the even tinier text the signs mention that recovery charges may apply if payment is not made within 28 days but the amount is not mentioned.

I went to South London today and spotted this Flashpark sign:

Quite apart from the confusion of two signs from two companies, one CCTV for security and one for parking, the £100 is in 'big' but nothing readable about added DRA costs.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The sign offers no contract anyway. 🤷‍♀️

Gotta love the Plain English Approved bit. 😂

If you vehicle is capable of parking on both sides of the access road simultaneously then you have bigger problems than having to deal with VCS.

Brighton & Hove again. My relative took these pics in the shared Waitrose & greyhound stadium car park today:

So how does a 'no return within 2 hours' rule work fairly, if you do a teatime shop in Waitys then another driver wants to go to the Greyhound race meeting that evening too?

    Britannia how does that work?!

Apparently the Coral gym the sign talks about is permanently closed and the 't&cs signs at the exit' don't exist because of building work.

My contact said the vehicle route to the normal exit is blocked off and there's no t&cs sign there anyway.

You also can't always "see notices within the greyhound stadium" as it's only open to the public on Saturdays and Tuesdays...

This also shows that £70 is sufficient deterrent, with nothing whatsoever about DRA fees.

And it shows they need to clean the signs!

Ocean Parking ruining residents' lives at Pomona Strand in Manchester; unclear and prohibitive signs taken from this current thread:

You can read the £100 but nothing about any risk of DRA fees. Not that they are offering anything of value, so there's no contract anyway.

Scotland DD2 the only Asda with ANPR
I'm sure pcn used to be £70 seems PE have increased it to £100 with a sticker.

DD3 no time restrictions at this store £70 pcn

    DD4  pcn £70

All PE signs at the 3 Asda stores have a section at the bottom which is completely unreadable as the font is far too small and signs are positioned at height.
