Nice bit of Heath Robinson signage illumination from ECP. You couldn't make it up! 🔦Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Switcher_Sam said:Outside Wetherspoons (The Harry Clasper), Whickam, NE16 4HF. Two different PPCs operate adjacent spaces here. (The Viking-operated spaces have had some dark-red paint applied over the white lines):
The yellow ECP signs state (in tiny red font that is unreadable without zooming) that in addition to the £75, "...additional charges will be incurred from further civil action being taken." But those additional charges aren't stated:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My relative took these pics today at Tesco in Borehamwood.
Usual Tesco nonsense that you'll get a PCN if you stay for more than 3 hours but on the back of the same signs is an offer to pay to stay for more than 3 hours:No 'deterrent' against parking for more than 3 hours then. Talk about mixed messages.
Nothing readable about added fees.
The fake DRA fee has zero deterrent value because no driver knows a thing about it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

At least the 3 hours tallys! At ours you have the daft 30 minute and 15 minute maximum times as well.
So one side is "max stay 15 mins" and the other side "staying for more than 3 hours"?3 -
Leighton Buzzard, Beds: sign mounted on the side of Canal St. Coffee from "Parking Ticketing Limited". No DRA fees specified now it's overstickered: "...charge will be applied". Clearly there _used_ to be a defined charge as you can just see a "£"-sign peeking out from the left-hand side of the over-sticker..
(As an aside, I believe this company is in fact dissolved...)

Dissolved company. Director links to DeVere, BaySentry and KBT Cornwall.https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/07818341Anyone prepared to chance a PCN there? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Goodness knows what it all says. Life is too short! But there's nothing in that gobbledegook 'contract' about agreeing to added DRA fees.Interesting to note that after complaints, Bank Park have recently been removed and Horizon are now operating with a lower PCN of £85 and no requirement to 'register' or take a ticket for the free short stay:

Lambhay Hill car park, Plymouth, from this thread:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6620286/britannia-parking-retrospective-paymentNothing readable about DRA fees.
The appalling reviews show that the PCN was £85/£50 until recently. Obviously it's such a cash cow site that Britannia decided to wallop the PCN up to £100 and make hay while the sun shines:

Teesside Retail Park, Stockton-on-Tees, Minster Baywatch signs from this thread:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6606363/pcn-not-wholly-within-designated-bay-teesside-park-stockton/p1The mixed messages meant the OP won at POPLA but the point of these images, as usual, is to demonstrate that the industry's spiel that the DRA fee acts as a deterrent and is part of the agreed 'parking related charges' is codswallop.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
