Am I going to be in trouble?

I've just discovered the TV licence is in my late husband's name. He died five years ago. I didn't think about checking it. I thought it was in my name and I just carried on paying for it from my bank account. Now I'm 75 and I wanted to find out if I could have a free licence. That's when I discovered my mistake. Will I be in trouble for not changing the name on the licence? It was a genuine mistake.
Don't mess with pensioners.

No, a licence is for the dwelling rather than an individual.4
