Much as I love soup, I’m refusing to give up on summer just yet (soup is in my autumn/winter repertoire) 😅
Planned lunch in the office today (was supposed to be home yesterday) so the second half of the roast sweet potato and blue cheese couscous, strawberries for afternoon snack.2 -
I just find it easy to make and freeze in portions for the freezer.
I've ended up with COVID and made an omelette. Easy food that slips down easily2 -
So, with COVID it's WFH. Soup made. Going to sort salad out for later in the week. Finished the last of the not particularly great nectarines so am looking forward to the next batch2
