More of the couscous with carrots, feta and pomegranate for me. Just strawberries this afternoon. No biscuits 🙃3

I took a protein smoothie for my breakfast and a vegan sausage roll and Oatley yoghurt for todays lunch. The test will be tomorrow. The question is, will I be organised and make lunch before bed tonight? Hmmm 🤔3

Mornings I struggle with preparation, can add fruit etc but if there isn't a salad or a tub of soup prepped in advance I'll struggle2 -

Did you do your prepping BlueJ? I only did 2 days worth as that’s all I need this week but I do feel very organised 🙃
Used a pouch of mixed grains and added cayenne roasted sweet potatoes, blue cheese and pomegranate seeds.2 -
I made up a salad on Sunday afternoon for Monday and cooked some lamb kebabs (reduced right down at Lidl) which will be in the lunch box tomorrow. Enough for today as well but as a WFH day I'll do two lots of salad at lunchtime2
