It's all in the Newbies/FAQ thread.

When you say "sending off" what do you mean? The AoS is completed as per the instructions in the NEWBIE sticky and is completed on-line.  Defence help is in the Defence Template thread and there is a new edited version for you incorporating the latest pronouncement from the government.

Earlier I wrote on your thread...

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.
Which bit of that didn't you understand?
  • So I have followed all the instructions you guys have given to me and I am grateful.

This is what I have put down for point 2. On the defence as I was not sure what else to write. I am not sure if this is sufficient enough to send?

    3.  The defendant does not recall receiving any correspondence from the claimant prior to receiving an claims notice. After recalling the incident that occurred over a year ago the defendant does not believe there was appropriate signage at the time to deter the defendant from parking. If the defendant was made aware of the parking restrictions in place the defendant would have moved immediately.

Yes that's fine, and obviously you added 'and driver' to paragraph 2 as the Template Defence tells you to.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    An observation:-

"....from the claimant prior to receiving an claims notice."  -  typo for "any"?
