Obviously attach proof of being a Lidl shopper on the day and/or regularly (bank statement) and say you've complained to the CEO of Lidl.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok, here's what I plan to submit, plus receipt:
>Re PCN number:I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner. There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle. If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner. In order to resolve the dispute I attach copies of the driver's receipts from Lidl Morden on the day of the alleged offence as the driver were a genuine customer of the supermarket.[My name][My Address]0 -
Ignore my previous advice about 'Golden Ticket', now completely irrelevant, having seen the reverse of the NtK, rather than the reverse of the Reminder letter shown earlier.deejbk01 said:
Yes you are completely right, my mistake. Here is the back of the original notice. It does have pofa sectionCoupon-mad said:That's the back of a reminder. An irrelevant document that we don't need to see and doesn't help.
That's not the back of the PCN (the first line on the back gives it away).
Guessing I should appeal using the blue text initial appeal template in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post
Will come back once completePlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Is your receipt over £30?
Why haven't you added what I suggested you tell PE that you have complained to Lidl's CEO...?
Why hasn't this been removed as I expect posters to do in cases that are obviously not involving a PDT Machine ?

Change the end to:
as the occupants of the car were regular customers of the supermarket and spent over £150 that day alone. Cancel this PCN, or Lidl loses our custom and I will tell the CEO why.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The reply from Lidl is rubbish and abuses you as a customer, They can cancel and they do.
Lidl customer service is very poor so it's time for THE CEO
google >>> CEO EMAIL LIDL for the info.
What is happening here is that PE have arranged with Lidl that they cannot cancel wich is plain stupidity
WHY .... LIDL IS THE ORGAN GRINDER and PE are simply the monkey
Ask the CEO to cancel and provide proof you are a custome
At the same time, ask the CEO who pays his staff, is it the customer or Parking Eye .... get tough where you spend your momey

I would not use that appeal and just do it on the £ spent3

I tried that. This is their response:patient_dream said:The reply from Lidl is rubbish and abuses you as a customer, They can cancel and they do.

>Thank you for contacting our CEO. I have been asked to reply to you on his behalf.
I appreciate this is an upsetting matter and I am sorry that you were unhappy with our previous response.
We are unable to make an appeal on your behalf. This is because all appeals need to be placed in writing directly by the appellant. Doing so allows you to retain your right to formally appeal any decisions made by the car park management company.
A reminder that details of the appeals procedure can be found on the reverse of the Parking Charge Notice you received.
Thank you again for contacting us.

Reply, telling the "monkey" that you are not asking them to "appeal" on your behalf. Tell them that you expect them to tell PE to cancel the PCN. Remind them that it isn't beyond the realms of science for them to calculate the long-term loss to their business if you, your friends and your family take your business elsewhere for the sake of being surcharged £100 by their agent.
Did you include a copy of your receipt when you complained? Use the actual words "Monkey" and "Organ Grinder" to highlight the absurdity of their position. Being meek about all this will not get you anywhere.5
