G24 Ltd parking fine in retail park

Got a parking fine in the post this morning with photos showing me not displaying a Blue Badge whilst parked in a disabled bay.
which is true, I have cognitive issues and forgot to put it in, I was too busy making sure my husband wasn’t parked on the yellow line- I can only process 1 thing at once.
Do you think it’s worse appealing ? It has to be done by post, or do I have to just pay it.
i remember seeing the chap and thinking he could be a parking man, he had a blue high vis vest on with no writing on. I remember him walking towards me- I have invisible disabilities , bet he thought she’s not in a wheel chair, they shouldn’t park there
