G4 parking fine, failure to display Blue Badge

Got a letter this morning, a fine notice from G4 for parking in a Disabled bay and not displaying a blue badge, photo of front and back windscreens.
My husband was driving and I made him straighten up as he was on the line. So I forgot to put the valid badge on display, I have invisible disabilities and that includes cognitive problems.
Do you think I should send an appeal - has to be done via post, along with a copy of my Blue Badge? Or am I wasting my time?

You haven't got a fine.
You won't be paying.I have invisible disabilities and that includes cognitive problems.Yes and yes.

Whilst it's ostensibly a 'waste of time' because the appeal will be rejected, we do say you should engage once and set out your dispute because it looks more reasonable later.
Who is G4?
Obviously you won't be paying them a penny when you get the rejection letter and you will know from reading NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST what 'Plan A' is. And it's not 'appeal first'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Plan A is always a complaint from the registered keeper to their MP and the landowner. State that an occupant of the vehicle has a blue badge and is disabled and has protected characteristics in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. Point out that failing to make reasonable adjustments such as cancelling a charge once they are aware that such a person has protected characteristics is a criminal offence.
If that fails, then appeal to the PPC using the template in blue text, but adding a copy of the blue badge and stating that an occupant of the vehicle was disabled.I married my cousin. Those bays are provided for people that are disabled, the blue badge scheme is not actually applicable to private car parks, but private parking companies accept their display as a useful way to indicate the vehicle is parked there legitimately and save them and indeed the driver/keeper a whole lot of bother.Evidence presented at an appeal to them should result in a cancellation if the rules and logic of the process were applied. However you are dealing with greedy scammers that turn it into an argument over their made up terms and conditions and contracts just to make money. It's not fair, it's not right, and the money they try to screw out of people that have really done no wrong is obscene, the purpose of this forum is to help people fight back the advice here is sound and based on years of fighting this idiots.3
