Just log into Smart Parking, the status is "Your Parking Charge Notice is currently in a state at which we are unable to accept payment. Please contact the Parking Office.KeithP said:And the answer to this question?...Coupon-mad said:Have you tried logging in? Maybe it's cancelled."0 -
"Currently in a state"...
Sums up the entire parking industry!
Just forget the drivel, ignore the £170 demands and get on with real life stuff.
Ignore the scam; don't waste another minute on this rubbish and please ... don't show us the standard tedious £170 letters (please no)!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We haven't seen any Court claims from Smart Parking and anyway, we think their contracts don't give them the legal standing to sue. However if you move house within 6 years, YOU MUST TELL THEM (just in case of a court claim; you can't risk not seeing all the daft letters).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

After received a couple more invoice from DRP in the last two months,I got a letter from CST Law asking for the same thing.
Is it a sign they prepare to escalate? I don't think this is a court order and the link still end up asking me go to DRP.
I am not sure why they are not giving up as they already know they are not compliance by sending me first letter outside the time limit. ....
