Dream Doors Norwich gone bust

I’m also caught up in this. Dream Doors have started work in my kitchen, but not completed it. Like others, I’ve paid 50% by bank transfer as this was the only method of payment accepted. I’m in touch with the parent company about getting the job finished, but they are not good at returning calls or sending emails when promised. Anyone had any time line promised? I can see this dragging on….

now being informed that dream doors will honour our contracts, and contracts to be transferred to dream doors head office, but work still to be carried out by the same fitters, can this happen?

Yes.
Maybe they have taken ownership of the franchise. To protect their name, while they try to find someone else to take it over.

Still waiting for them to visit so that I can sign a contract with the new company, presumably head office. This should happen this week….remaining hopeful

I'm sorry didn't see this before. How are you getting on now? My parents work has been taken over by the main company and is due to start in the next few weeks - fingers crossed.
