I see you've had the same day credits issue that I have had so that you can't easily figure out which amount relates to which Sunday....which seems par for the course for BG and figures.RemcoD said:We been using the peak saver sundays for cloth washings/drying , this is what we been credited .

Like everybody else on the forun I too have been strugling to understand how the calculate these so called savings after all its not rocket science based on half price electricity between 9.00am - 5.00pm on Sundays. I took a meter readings at both 9.00am and 5.00pm and used a total of 8.5 kWh x Half price Tarrif @ £0.10622 = £0.90 British Gas come up with £0.40 can smeone please explain how that only in BR's favour. The largest amount I recieved in my recent 3 Month statement was £0.42 where the previous statements had amounts ranging from £0.90 to £1.48 I think questions need to be answered

You can check the accuracy of each PeakSave discount by comparing it against the recorded usage in the Usage Charts on your BG account portal. Select the Sunday date in the Day view and simply add the electricity usage in £ (excluding standing charge) during each PeakSave half hour slot. The sum should be approximately double the amount credited on your bill as 'Peak Save Sunday Credit' for that day.
