  • Did you receive a notification that you were receiving the initial bonus?

    I applied for this account on 25/8, and later received notification my switch would be complete by 06/09.

    I’ve just realised that I never received notification regarding the switch bonus, however with a busy few weeks I’ve realised that I also haven’t received a bank card or anything like that. I tried logging on to online banking to see the status but it says I have been posted an authentication code (also not received 🤦‍♀️). I can’t see an email address online, does anyone know who to contact please?
