    dp1 - There were tickets available for 'on the day' purchase. We were there around 12.15 and the time of the available tickets was 4pm.

    I've stayed in the hotel over the Glasgow Train Station. It was great. You don't hear the trains at all. And if you get the munchies in the middle of the night, there is always something in the train station open. If it is bucketing down rain, you can just sightsee  and shop in the station.
