It is now 70 days since I since I sent the above by post. After 9 days they emailed to say
"that we have queried for the evidence that you have requested from our client and we will send these to you once we have obtained these from our client this will remain on hold until then."
Are they not supposed to supply the evidence within a certain time? Or does that not apply at this stage?0 -
Like everyone else, they have up to six years to issue a County Court Claim.2

Or they'll give up; sometimes it goes away.
You don't know which but IMPORTANT: if you move house within 6 years you MUST update your address with them both.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
