Can I create multiple cash ISAs as long as I keep <£20,000 in the tax year

Evening,
I am wondering if you can create multiple cash isas (interested as want an instant access and fixed 1/2 year) as long as what you deposit is <£20k? Much like you can have a cash ISA as well as a Stocks and shares as long as its <£20k.

No. You can only contribute to one cash ISA per tax year, although you can open another one and transfer your original one to it and then continue contributing to your new oneI consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0

In general you can't do this, but there are a few providers that offer 'portfolio ISAs' where you can do this. Zopa Smart ISA, Paragon ISA Wallet and Nationwide Portfolio ISA allow this.jambrose said:Evening,
