Is the NTH in your name and your address. ?
If no, the company can name you as the day to day keeper, once it arrives with your details you can deal with it1 -
I would cross that bridge if you ever came to it. Whilst there are some inconsistencies with POPLA and it is not always best use them, in an obvious PoFA failure, it is highly likely that they would accept the appeal. For now, you need to get the POPLA code and you won't get it unless you appeal to the ECP.
Who knows? ECP may even throw in the towel based on the appeal anyway.1 -
