Company Car - Need to Accept being driver to aleviate employer?

Is the NTH in your name and your address. ?

If no, the company can name you as the day to day keeper, once it arrives with your details you can deal with it

I would cross that bridge if you ever came to it. Whilst there are some inconsistencies with POPLA and it is not always best use them, in an obvious PoFA failure, it is highly likely that they would accept the appeal. For now, you need to get the POPLA code and you won't get it unless you appeal to the ECP.

Who knows? ECP may even throw in the towel based on the appeal anyway.

I will try that route, then mitigate any small but potential future problems.

Hia, yes it is. I lookesd for it ealrier even on my profile list of previous posts but forwhatever reason, it wasn't showing when I searched.
