No workplace pension - I work for a company not based in the U.K.
Once both old pension pots are there it will be worth just under £2,500. I’ll then start paying into it.0 -
Well done! This sounds like a very good position to be in for your age. My only suggestion is that I'd definitely suggest the instant access savings account - it's always vital to have a decent pot of savings you can access almost immediately in the event something goes wrong (hopefully it doesn't, but you never know!). You can also continue adding to this over time.
I'd suggest this account if you're looking for a good interest rate, online access and excellent customer service.

Thanks for your comment; since I started this thread I've set up a Tandem account with 7% interest which I use for my instant access savings.

I was going to switch an old workplace pension worth about £7K to PensionBee once but I was warned that it would end up being worth less if I did so I left it where it is, with the original provider.0
