Small D.Debits in order to switch bank a/c - any ideas?

Hi all.
Really getting in to this switching bank accounts business (did the rounds over 5 years ago) but now am at the stage where I would like to sign up two direct debits to an account so I can then switch it (as you know, some require this in order to get the reward).
Does anyone know of any ways that you can get small direct debits, like £1 or something?
