Having read that Liverpool Echo (     ) article and the one from October 2019 ( Meet the 24-year-old responsible for dressing most of the city thanks to her successful Instagram business - Liverpool Echo ) I think I'll go for an uninformed or naive business owner rather than a chinese company (or wide boy).

OP needs to do what I've advised twice previously and tell Abbie Day (assuming it's still her company) that she can't exclude sale (or discounted) items from the right to cancel a distance sale.
