What law or judgment would bad signage come under?

Hi
i have received a letter before court and I am getting my response ready and started applying for sar to dvla and g24 etc.
I went back to the car park in question and noticed all signs are either missing or extremely sun bleached therefore unreadable. I have enclosed a picture of one as an example.
can anyone help what this would come under for any part of my written defence if any documents get sent to me once they reply after the subject access requests for my response.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 - this is already in the forum's Template Defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Plan A is always a complaint from the keeper to the landowner and their MP, and it is never too late to do so.
If you want more time at LBC stage, tell them that whilst you deny the debt you are seeking debt advice and require the case to be put on hold for 30 days as per court pre-action protocol.
SAR goes to the PPC. Include non-photo proof of ID.
Email request to the DVLA should simply ask from whom and upon what dates was your personal data requested (from a date before that of the alleged event until now). The DVLA will respond by post.
With regard to inadequate signage, start with the IPC CoP section on signage, and Lord Denning's Red Hand Rule. This should be used to supplement the signage points in the template defence.
Get photos of the site and signage in readiness. Use Google Streetview for historic images. It would be interesting to see a sign where the £60 sticky note had "fallen off".
Where did the alleged event occur? It may have cropped up here before.
Was the NTK PoFA compliant? (Only relevant if the keeper was not driving).

Thank you very much for the replies. We also have a blue badge (I know they don’t need to know who has it in the car/who was driving). So I was also going to go down the equality act 2010 route of what extra time is allowed for blue badge holders under reasonable adjustments0

Is this a second thread about the same G24 incident?
Please keep all questions about one parking incident in the one thread. It saves people having to look all over the place for answers.2 -

it’s at Salford precinct near the kfc and police station.I have read the LBC and some parts are missing to be compliant so I am replying advising what is missing and expect a compliant letter before I can make a defence/response. In the meantime I will look on google and complain to the landowner but it wasent on the one sign you can actually read whilst still squinting your eyes0 -

What was the PCN issued for? Are you sure that the LBC is a real one and not one of the fake ones that some debt collectors use to try and intimidate gullible victims?3

The pcn was issued for staying 36 minutes over the allowed time “displayed” on those badly bleached signs0
