I see Mike sneaked in to have a pop. I noticed you conveniently avoided the points I raised. .

No .... I didn't avoid them ... I simply ignored them as being totally inappropriate and not worth further response.

For most people, coping with their bills is not a game. Hence why I'm no longer in any way amused by this thread. As the ones who can't cope with their Banks and/or DDs .. are likely to fare far worse if they start withdrawing all their income in cash. And your exhorting / inciting them to do so isn't helpful. Yet you persist ..... despite the vast majority response has been adverse.

I dont gripe about my bank, they do just fine by me thanks. probably as I keep within the terms and conditions I signed up for.

And no for your information I dont go grocery shopping, I get it delivered! So no, i dont go by a pay point. Also why should I pay BT extra £4.50 for NOT paying by DD? Anyone who would must be mad !

  • I have been discussing cards aswell as accounts if you had read properly.

You stated you do not gripe about your banks. I proved otherwise:

'I am not best pleased with Nat West at the moment.'

    'HSBC are incompetent.'

    Tut, tut indeed.
