I put in an apcoa appeal on the 9th of Aug and got an email on the 17th of Aug advising that the appeal was unsuccessful.
    My appeal was as follows

I dispute your 'penalty notice', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date.

The ticket on the APCOA website states at the top it is a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) which contravenes the BPA's Code of Practice Appendix G Para 5.4 and is causing confusion as to the situation whether this is a penalty notice or PCN.

Since the alleged event occurred on non-relevant railway land where byelaws apply, the PoFA cannot be used to hold the keeper liable.

I was hoping to get help on when and how to go about the POPLA appeal in relation to a railway station penalty notice as I am on day 14 since the email saying the APCOA appeal was unsuccessful.

Well you obviously do it on day 32 so no rush!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is a whole section in the NEWBIE sticky about how to construct a POPLA appeal and you could also check the successful POPLA appeal thread: -

Or just copy another APCOA railway one that is recent.

Search the forum for APCOA PENALTY and change 'best match' to 'newest' results.

BUT obviously NOT putting it in with POPLA until day 32.

Just weather the storm of useless debt collector letters and come back if/when you receive an LoC/LBC or a claim. Read the second post of the Newbies/FAQ thread for instructions on what to do and when.
