Kent Reliance sort code?

I'm attempting to get the wheels in motion to transfer out of my fixed rate ISA with Kent Reliance which is about to mature but am stuck as I can't find a sort code for the account to complete the online form for the new provider - just have an account number.
I've tried calling them but am stuck in a queue - I have no patience!
I've messaged but it could be "days" before they get back to me.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

In the past, whenever I've transferred a cash ISA from a provider who requires you to use their own sort code and account number (and you use your account number as a reference when paying in), I've entered my account number in the 'roll number' field and left the sort code and account number fields blank.

These account/reference numbers sometimes contain letters or have more than 8 digits, so the 'roll number' field is often the only place you can enter it. There may also be times where you're required to enter either a sort code/account number or a roll number, in which case you'd have to leave the first two blank anyway if your own account number wasn't an 8-digit number.

I obviously can't guarantee that doing this will work for you but what I can say is that I've done this a number of times when I've transferred cash ISAs away from providers who operate in this way (eg. Principality BS and Paragon) and the transfer has always been successful.

    Run away from kent reliance.
If their rate were 2% higher or even 5% higher than anyone else I would avoid.
Over 3 months to get my ISA transfered to them.

It's the new provider's on line form which is asking for the sort code and the account number - not Kent Reliance who I am transferring from.
Being an on-line form, the system won't let me progress if I leave the box blank - just says there's been an error.
I'm sorry that you had a poor experience with KR @Bigwheels1111.
I've been with them for a little while and never had any issues - I'm simply leaving for a better interest rate - or, I will be when I can get a b****y sort code!

Would it be the same sort code number used for paying money in (I can find that)  - even though I'm taking money out?

Yes, it will be - a savings accounts will only have one sort code and that code will be unique to the bank rather than yourself.

A quick google for 'Kent Reliance sort code' gives the answer here : https://www.kentreliance.co.uk/support/paying-money-in
