How many devices can use to watch Netflix?

I have Netflix through Sky as the Ultimate TV add on - this is HD and can watch Netflix on 2 devices.
My question: is that 2 registered devices or 2 devices streaming at the same time? I wish to add a 3rd device (TV in bedroom).

If you buy directly from Netflix then the cap is the number of concurrent viewings not the number of devices registered... would be surprised if buying from Sky changed that.1

You can watch Netflix on two devices at the same time. The number of devices with your credentials logged in does not matter.0
