You don't pay under any circumstances. Except if a Judge told you to. Obviously you just need to go take some damning (not close-up and not flash) photos in the dark.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Coupon-mad, just an update that I have reported them. Just FYI HMPC have a 1200 signs limit on the complaint so I had to cut what you wrote a bit. Still made sense though (hopefully). Plus there was no option to attach emails/documents. I wonder if they are going to do anything about it.Coupon-mad said:Nope, just go ahead. They don't need to know who reported them.1 -
I did tell you that and give you the above link!Coupon-mad said:Yes.
See the word count issue with HMRC. Discussed by this person:

Hello all,
Since my last correspondence in December last year, I have not heard frmy BW Legal or NCP. I am wondering how much time it may take them to start court proceedigns if they intend to? Is there a limit they can start a case in court from when the alledged offence took place? I since moved to new address and I am wondering if I should let NCP or BW Legal know about it? I do not want to remind them about myself or my case. However I read here somewhere that it is important to let them know about new address not to miss any correspondence. Please share your knowledge folks.1 -
I since moved to new address and I am wondering if I should let NCP or BW Legal know about it?OMG ... of course you had to! I hope you have not let this situation exist for months. Right now you are risking a CCJ and I'm sorry but you may well have already got one.
You saw the words to use (about confirming the right address) on this forum earlier this year, when you read (used?) the LBC response in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.
NEVER EVER leave a PPC or their roboclaim agents with a choice of addresses and certainly NOT an old address that you confirmed as correct in March.
Do it NOW.
But I suspect they already sent a claim...

I have just moved recently and I do have the redirection of all mail to my new address until Feb next year. I have not received any letters from BW Legal since March. I am not sure if they decided not to proceed? DO I have any chance to find out?Coupon-mad said:I since moved to new address and I am wondering if I should let NCP or BW Legal know about it?OMG ... of course you had to! Don't rely on redirection for something as vital as a claim form. Eeek no!
You'll obviously find out when BW Legal reply when you tell them to erase the old address.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
