Confused about PIP payment after review

It seems highly likely that it's money you were owed. You can either wait for the decision letter, which will explain everything or you can ring PIP to ask.

You can either wait for the letter, or give them a call (expect a long wait).
Whatever happens, could you come back and let us know, as it can help advice given out.
BTW If it is an higher award, congrats

If the review form was sent out as part of a planned intervention (i.e. a review instigated by PIP, usually before an award lapses) then any change to the PIP award takes effect from when the review form was sent out by the DWP and not when the DWP received the form back or when the assessment took place or when the decision was made. When an award is increased this means that there will be arrears to be paid to the recipient back to when the review form was issued. However, if the award is reduced or ceases then this usually takes place from the date of decision unless the claimant knew that any change would reduce or end the award. From ADM A4 (Supersession, suspension and termination)" DM’s own initiative
A4365 Where a DM supersedes on their own initiative to deal with a change of circumstances and the result is advantageous to the claimant the supersession takes effect
1. [about ESA and JSA]
2. for PIP,
2.1 the date on which action was started with a view to supersession e.g. the date the review form was issued

So from then it would be about 27 weeks, if you divide £913.61 by 27 it's approx £33 per week.
That would mean you have been awarded High rate Care Low rate Mobility as the difference between low rare care and high rate care is currently £33.65. So with the increase rates in April works out about right.
EDIT
The different between Mobility rates are about £44 and can't see that working with the £913 you got paid.
I concur that likely a letter explaining will come in the next week or six. I believe once the decision is made the finance dept get on it right away but the administrative letter informing you goes into a queue to be batch processed at some point (better this way round than the other).
The best thing is to wait until the next payment comes, if it's £514.60 rather than £380, then it's the higher rate living allowance.
Their phone systems are so slow, that unless the OP really wants to spend a couple of hours to get through to confirm, I'd wait until the next payment. A letter explaining it might have arrived by then.1 -

So I’ve called and the lady said that she can’t see anything on the system that they have the report but that they are still making the decision and that I should get a letter soon. I’m more confused than ever (I didn’t ask about the payment I was so dumbfounded)TOTAL DEBT JUNE 2019: £38,233.87 Aiming debt free mid 2023. All bad debt written off / paid by January 2023. No missed payments in 2023. Only one active credit card to pay off! I DID IT 🎉0

In that case the payment you received doesn't make any sense. Unless the person you spoke to gave you incorrect information and it won't be the first time this has happened.

If you can stand the wait I would give another call, as something is clearly wrong.
Do you claim any other benefits?

Uuuhghh I’m on hold again. The lady said that “something doesn’t seem quite right” that it appears that my pip was stopped on the 10th July. I queried the money and she said something about November (my original review date) and they she told me that she is going to talk to her manager and then explain whatever she finds out or transfer me with the manager. Gosh I’m so nervous!!! What if I need to pay this back and my pip is stopped 😭😭TOTAL DEBT JUNE 2019: £38,233.87 Aiming debt free mid 2023. All bad debt written off / paid by January 2023.
