Hybrid and long commute or non-hybrid and short commute

Long time lurker, very infrequent poster here!
Just want to get a feel of different views, although I know this is a very personal choice.
If you had a choice between a job which offered hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 at home) but had a 100 mile daily round trip commute (on mostly motorway and A roads) or a job which had NO possibility of hybrid working, but was a 20 mile daily round trip, which would you take?
Pay is the same, jobs and conditions are pretty much the same. The non-hybrid role is 40 hours (including lunch) and hybrid role is 45 hours (including lunch).
I'm struggling to decide....mind you, I might be being overly optimistic as I haven't been offered the role yet, but if I do get offered it I'd like to have covered all thoughts and options. 😬
I'm currently doing the hybrid role, so I'm very familiar what the commute is like....and it is my main grumble about the role. Everything else about the job I really enjoy. Btw, fuel is costing me around £180/month so that would be an immediate saving.
Any comments are appreciated!

Non hybrid.Shorter hours and less time in the car.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.3 -
Non hybrid - 100 miles travel as opposed to 300 milesIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales2

No contest, non hybrid - shorter hours and commute.2

Hybrid, more time to watch Netflix or youtube whilst “working” from home. Ahem.1

Knew a guy in the 90s who had a 100 mile round trip each day. OK that was into London but balanced by the fact there are far more cars on the road today. He looked like death.
Non-hybrid.2 -

I do actually work while I'm at home, but I am more relaxed when compared to being in the office. I'm a classic introvert, hence my struggle between the two options.
So far the non-hybrids are winning! I don't actually dislike the drive itself....I just dislike the loss of free time it leaves me on those days.0 -

Non-hybrid.
Another vote for the non-hybrid! Yeah, could definitely not do it 5 days a week. If work hadn't let me wfh for 2 days I would have looked around for another job a few years ago.0 -
Probably non-hybrid, but it's worth also looking at travel time. From where I live I can be in West Yorkshire in 35 mins (25 miles) or Manchester Airport in 45-60 mins (12 miles).1

Hybrid. I am far more productive working from home and I like being able to structure my day as I please, but need the face-to-face in the office too.1

Can I be awkward and say neither? Literally neither would work for me. Would need to be 1 day in office per week max for 100 miles and would also not want a 5 day a week in office job.2
