    ah okay, didn't know that. That was, I thought, the most pertinent point! 

    So that just leaves me with signage and landowner authority as far as I can understand.

    Not my photos but this is Google Street View... would these suffice? Lack of signage and look at how far back the sign is in photo 1! I think they ought to consider leaving a pair of binoculars at the entrance to the car park.

    Do I fill my own details in when entering name and address as for some reason it says 'Motorist' ??

    So I got their "evidence" pack. Its just a few pictures of the signs dotted around the various car parks of the park. Not sure how they are all relevant when the car was only parked in one of the three car parks.

    They've taken photos of some signs and also the correct way to display a ticket 😂

    Theres no proof of contracts or land ownership authority, or anything else.

    What would you advise I do?
