Be prepared to have the apt. cancelled ! I've had EDF cancel twice recently for appointments booked for gas meter fitting because the local fitting firms can't get the meters to fit - unfortunately I suspect that the central teams just want to get apts. booked regardless as EDF from Sunderland have been chasing me non stop for the past two weeks again.
