Can Giff-Gaff run e-sims?

Hi, Griff gaff uses the O2 network, so can I run an e-sim on my godfather gaff IPhone X?

    I think you need the next model phone up-

    What you need

    • An iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR or later
    To run an e sim.

    the way to find out is to try and buy one (i did recently) before i could complete the order (I had already downloaded the app) it told me my phone wasn't compatible so that was that.

    I tried with-

    Giffgaff don't offer eSIMs.

    iPhone X is not eSIM compatible.
