Flight cancellation

We booked a few days away at Euro Disney for 5 adults and 3 children for August through lastminute.com
using Air France.
We hadn’t been notified by anyone, but luckily checked tonight. Found out the 6.15am flight we were booked onto has been cancelled and we’re now on a flight at 10.30am.
The returning flight has also been cancelled which should’ve been leaving 21.30 but we’ve been booked onto flights for 9.30 am instead! So losing 12hours basically the last day in Disney!
So in total we’re losing a day and a half in the park!
What would people suggest, my partner is upset as it’s cost a lot of money and was our first trip abroad with the children.

    Assuming it's a package booking rather than flight-only, you'd have the rights to cancel with a full refund if the package provider proposed a significant change, but they define this as (among other things) "a change of flight time of more than 12 hours", so exactly 12 hours wouldn't qualify technically.
