Won't help you at all OP, but I had to smile when reading this...

So CPS Midlands Ltd feel able to bring criminal prosecutions do they?3 -
Have a read of the IPC CoP and compare how those signs relate or don't to it:

Had a read through the signage sections. what they have done isn't up to par with that document. But aren't IPC just as bad as the companies themselves? Is this relevant? (sorry for my ignorance). Also I forgot to mention, on the notice, I redacted the fact that they say there were a great number of warning signs around the area (there wasn't). And that they took pics.0 -
Just ignore them unless they try a claim.
Sit tight. You won't win at the kangaroo court of IAS so don't upset yourself by trying that futile 'option'!
Ignore £170 debt demands unless you move house. You MUST tell the PPC if you move address because you have to see the letters to laugh at them and to be sure no court claim has been filed to an old address.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone. Was sure if I should start a new thread but I wanted to say I got a notice to keeper from TNC parking services. They are asking for payment. I have prepared the blue template to send with my pnc number. I assume I send this to the ticketing company?
my question is, the ticket company don’t accept appeals by email, only post. Is the blue template a type of appeal? If so if I send by post the sticky thread says not to use Royal Mail or recorded delivery. If so then how do I send it?Thanks0 -
Please start your own thread. Jumping into someone else's thread is akin to barging into someone else's conversation and can cause problems for anyone giving advice or for others who are trying to follow the thread.anxiousboxkitten said:Hi everyone. No new thread please. Isn't there an online appeals portal, are you sure?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Apologies. The grammar suggested something else.1

Sorry for the poor grammar. I’m a nervous wreck.Yea this is my thread from earlier in the summer. There is no online appeals portal. The PCN says all appeals need to be posted to them. The company has an email for enquiries only. How should I post this if the sticky advises against Royal Mail or recorded delivery? I need to send it asap.Thanks0
