Updates are change, and I think there's plusses and minuses about this one
Things I like:- The text density seems to be reduced, which I find easier to read on mobile.
- On desktop, I like the top navigation bar for moving between categories.
- Default text size in the replies box is larger, which is less eye strain for me
- Replies by the OP have a different colour, which means I don't have to remember the OP's username
- I think I liked the old post layout a bit better where the poster information was to the left, so the content was effectively a continuous column. But that's better only on desktop, on mobile I think the new look is fine.
- It still doesn't have a quick navigation option to jump directly to a board, I always have to click to a category and then the board on the next page. If the categories in the navigation bar would just expand with links to the individual boards inside, that would improve navigation.
- In the board thread list, it would be helpful to have tooltips for the little icons, that explain what each icon means.

Had another look around to find any redeeming features but each time I look it's even worse. Does anyone know alternative forums like this?9

I want to find something positive … switching to 'desktop site' shows my notifications! (Shouldn't have to on a mobile device though.)
The text in comments is clear. (I don't know how much of that is my browser setting and how much is the forum itself.)
Not positive: It is *really* white. I've had to turn my screen brightness down from what's comfortable on all the other sites.
Oh, and a positive that the comment text box still expands a lot whilst typing, hooray. At least that's not gone the way of a certain social media platform which now doesn't even let you see your full sentence whilst typing, let alone the rest of the comment. A quick test, and this comment box seems to expand indefinitely like it did before. Phew!

Its even worse than when you did the last revamp, its absolutely awful, too busy, too complex, and not easy to navigate, you need to change it back12

Terrible, usually I am all up for progress, especially if it is about security updates, etc, but this is an eyesore! Please revert back!10

The User Interface is very very poor. This software package must be very cheap because it is so bad compared to all other forums I use.3

Visually very poor unfortunately... Almost impossible to distinguish between read and unread threads now.A very large step backwards.11

Too much empty white space23
