Hello There,
Hoping for some advice from anyone who has bought a Lebara sim only contract via the MSE links in the past.
I have just bought a lebara 12GB sim only contract from the MSE cheap mobile finder.
I just logged into my account and checked that the "auto renew" is set as "Off" and when I try to click it to "On", it simly switches back to "Off". I can also see a message to the left saying that I have set a preferred payment in my account which will be used for future payments.
Does anyone know whether I need auto renew set to "On" in order to continue with the plan? If yes, how do I set it to "On" without it switching back. If no, then how will the payments be taken. Thanks.
