IVA company not taken payment
Options
My husband has been part of an IVA arrangement, set up by Hanover Insolvency since 2020. He recently had his annual review in March, and they have always taken the agreed payment on the 1st or 2nd of each month. This month they haven't taken a payment, he has tried e-mailing and ringing the number listed on the website (01273 096 697) and customerservices@hanoverinsolvency.co.uk but has had no response. I understand that Hanover are no longer operating and the website states customers have been notified of any changes to his arrangement but he's heard nothing from them. On the individual insolvency register Hanover are still down as his IP - but obviously we're worried that they've not taken this months payment and that this could reflect badly on him? Obviously he will keep trying to get in contact with them but was wondering if anyone else was with Hanover or if anyone could give any advice?

Thanks, yes I saw that post though there was no mention of the payments being stopped. I read that payments would continue even if the company changed?Slice the Pie challenge - £16.05/£300

Just an update, finally spoke to someone who told us the payment would be taken on the 18th but it hasn't. Will have to chase again.
Final update: Managed to speak to someone again who confirmed it hadn't been taken, but should have. He took a payment over the phone and reset to take payment monthly (there appears to have been an issue with the back end system). Just wanted to put this here in case it happened to anyone else.Slice the Pie challenge - £16.05/£301
