Hi Guys
My problem is i had and EE sim only deal it was supposed to be ending next month but i got a pac code and sent it over to smarty all went fine i have got to pay about £30 for leaving early that's fine.
Now i am having a problem getting a deal from Plusnet pacing the number over to EE every time i tried to send the number over i keep getting you are already registered  please log-in so i try to log-in and get we can't log you in but we do have these deals for you.
The thing is there is a special deal for Plusnet customers to go over to EE but i can't get it.
Rang EE they are useless been on the phone over an hour said they can't find the deal so i am at a loose what to do.
It don't matter what i do it just keeps coming up with log-in i then get the same message you already have an account please log-in then says it can't log me in and sends me to another webpage and says these are the deals we have.
Sorry about it being long.

Getting a PAC code and giving it to somebody else (in this case Smarty) doesn't do anything with your online account for EE, it just allows your service to transfer on the mobile network.

If you're using the same email address for this Plusnet offer then the system will recognise it from the previous membership.  I'd suggest open a new Gmail/Yahoo/Outlook address and sign up with that.

I suggest you transfer to 1pMobile who are a lot cheaper than EE, use the EE network and offer wi-fi calling. Take a look at their website and see how well laid out and informative it is

Plusnet are closing down, can you still sign up?

Firstly I would suggest you try using a different email address and going direct from the offer to plusnet customers (it is likely to be hidden so it can't be accessed by new customers) then pac your plusnet number after signing up.
Did you receive info from ee offering you the special deal? The link to sign up should be in there (if it is still available).

The op is referring to a deal offered to existing plusnet customers to switch to ee. It has been mentioned on other threads but not in detail.

Yes but they say they ported to Smarty and are now having trouble getting a deal with Plusnet to then port over to EE.

I think they have two sims, ironically they want to move one to ee and the other away from ee, but presumably there is a saving or benefit to doing it that way.

    I read '

to mean that op is a plusnet customer already but when they try to move over to ee it is saying they ate already an ee customer and just offering deals available to existing ee customers. Hence the suggestion to use a different email address.

Has your port from ee to smarty completed? If so is your ee account just a shell with no live contracts? Is there any way to deactivate it? Or could you possibly amend the address so that you can create a new account?

    Alternatively have you tried calling the number;

    Thanks for your reply
Just had a phone call from EE big surprise and she told me that i cannot re-join till Aug5th because it take a month for the account to cancel so she said she will call me back again in Aug8th said she will give it a couple of days more to make sure the account is closed
She said she will open a new account and take my Pac code to Port my Plusnet across.

I did ring before but they where useless found my son who is with EE before me gave them my old number and they said we can see it was ported out then said they couldn't find the Plusnet deal said they couldn't do nothing didn't mention that i would have to wait a month before registering again...Lady i spoke to just now was much more helpful.
Even went into ee shop they where more useless then when i rang EE

My port from EE to smarty went across fine with-in 1 day can only access profile when logging-in to EE which is Name, email, password cannot access nothing else.
