  • Why did we need a change? I'm old and struggle with any changes. Can we have the "Viewed all" back as just greying out those I've looked at doesn't help us partially sighted peeps :-(  I missed the last time visited option from previous changes for that reason. As for the drop-down appearing repeatedly when you go near the top of the page . . "Oh bother", said Pooh.

I take it this is related to the new look? Not really liking it as the "spacier" post list takes up more room on my mobile so I see fewer postings per screen which means more scrolling. A "condensed view" option would be useful.

Can anyone find the link to make sure skimlinks is turned off? I've looked and can't find it anywhere.

Gradually getting used to new style.
Had hoped that you would be able to hover over a post to see a caption of the thread, and clicking a link would open in a new tab or window.  But neither of these seem to have changed.
I posted a comp earlier, but couldn't seem to be able to hide the web link in the website title, like you used to be able to.
Still getting used to the new format though.

Had a look in account etc and cannot find it - the link from the main site has not been updated so is wrong (whether they have stopped using them or changed where the preference can be set or even if you cannot opt out)

I had 67 drafts - none were saved drafts (which I had used)  they were just ones where I had started a post and for whatever reason stopped before posting.

I can't seem to find the option either. Perhaps they have changed it so you can't opt out now.

There are a few things I like, such as things I haven't read being bold and things I have read going back to normal. A few other things will take some adjusting, but I'll get used to.

As others have said, I don't like the bar at the top constantly popping down over half the screen if the cursor gets too close. An option to turn that off or to unlock the 'quick links' etc from the top of the screen would be much appreciated.

I'm also not a fan of the huge text and spacing. I'm the type of person who shrinks everything down to miniature size on my desktop and I'm struggling to read some of the posts easily because it stretches across so much of my screen. If there is an option to adjust the size, that would also be appreciated. I have tried having the website open in a smaller window rather than fullscreen, but it doesn't adapt the size down as I had hoped. It does feel like the whole website has been designed for mobile now.

Something's not quite right with the title word wrapping algorithm. Some/most look OK but some are truncated (circled in screenshot). The other posts have a longer, 3 line length. Screenshot from Chrome on Android.
