O2 call charges

Since November 22 my O2 call charges to local mobile phones have spasmodically been charged as if the calls were made to USA and Canada rather than to a locally owned mobile . This incurs charges of £2 and £3 respectively for these local calls . Strangely it doesn’t apply to every call I make to these numbers but so far has racked up £57 in overseas charges . O2 have totally ignored all approaches - phone calls elicit the promise to ring back which never happens. Going into the O2 shops produces sympathy but no remedy. 2 formal complaints have been totally ignored other than an automatic acknowledgment of the complaints Has anyone else had a similar problem or a suggestion of a solution

How do you know these calls are being incorrectly charged? Does it appear in itemised billing but show uk numbers but international destinations? Have you sent details of the incorrectly charged calls in your complaint?0
