Flexible isa payments

I’m curious if you withdraw money from a flexible cash isa do you HAVE to pay the money back in within the tax year.  I know it states you have to put it back into the same account but does that mean they money taken out MUST be replaced.

thanks

    No of course not.
You can spend it, put it in a non ISA savings account, back a winner/loser in the 3.30 @ wherever😉.
However, if you want to pay it back into your flexible cash ISA, you have to do so before the end of the tax year.
