Just checking - has the Defence filed been posted verbatim on here?0 -

Usually a WS bundle can't exceed 50 pages!30. Paraphrasing from the Supreme Court, deterrence is likely to be penal if there is a lack of a 'legitimate interest' in performance extending beyond the prospect of compensation flowing directly from the alleged breach. The intention cannot be to punish a driver, nor to present them with hidden terms, unexpected/cumbersome obligations nor 'concealed pitfalls or traps'. (See Exhibit xx-09) for paragraphs from ParkingEye v Beavis).
Yes, and that suggested exhibit appears in the a - f list of exhibits, in the WS section of the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The actual exhibits? I have read it twice and did look through the postings from the recommended members too.
I am assuming an exhibit is a thing, i.e. a document or a picture right - and thus I assume that for the sake of
Exhibit xx-09 I would go to this link: https://www.supremecourt.uk/cases/uksc-2015-0116.html
And download from there...- mark it Exhibit 9 - and follow that format for the 5 or so others right?
I have noticed in some cases one or two do not appear to show up in SERPs but do show up re typed or summarised on law firm pages.
Then that being the case - I would only be able to send those to the court via a transfer service like yousendit or wetransfer - and the same for the claimant, as surely those pages will amount to too higher MB for email.

If you mean the paragraphs from Beavis, they are on lots of WS examples including the one today by @Citizen_K who has found all the exhibits, probably by copying from one of the linked exemplars.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
