I was modifying the WS in the newbies thread. I have so far been unable to search the forum using the user name you describe or by way of "title" and "Witness statement" apologies if I am using the forum incorrectly.
I would happily create a new thread with just that so others can find it.
I note there are a few losses against his company - seems a lot of work if I am going to have to pay £1000 or £313 as in one recent cast. I won't give up yet. But just thinking the car park was free cause it said cineworld on it might get laughed out of the room0 -

Typical cost for court loss for one ticket ~£200. Likelihood in a properly defended UKPC/DCB Legal - next to zero. Stick with the plan! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

DO NOT USE RobertCox's outdated one from the Newbies thread, it is superseded in 2023.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you -
Found it and downloaded
It appears they have sent another "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims.
This time they have made it appear like it has come from the courts. It's a duplicate of the form.
I have re emailed D180 and Defence to the CBBC email address.
When I receive a "hearing date" then I will obviously at that time, send in my witness statement.0 -
Here is the link I found https://www.dropbox.com/s/cd5oqk90qga96p9/Draft_Witness_Bundle_(redacted)_v3.pdf?dl=0

Make sure you amend the exemplar WS above to suit your case - for instance there is mention of Gladstones and also 10.25% interest which is not relevant to DCB legal/UKPC1

Good point.
Though I'm sure people will spot that and remove it. After all, it's their own WS to take responsibility for, and no-one would just copy incorrect stuff.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi - I have received this now - please see attached. Notice of transfer proceedings. Again I am led to understand that I do not at this point send my defence in yet - until a hearing date.0
-
You have already filed a defence or you wouldn't be at this stage.
You are right. Wait for a Notice of Allocation which will give you a hearing date and will say something like...Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.
You could start thinking about your Witness Statement. Nothing like being ahead of the game.2
