Just moved to Onestream ISP :(

I've had Cuckoo internet for 18 and it's been decent. Month to month contract.
Saw Onesrream and for £20pm seemed great.
It's gone live and I am getting only half of what I had prior.

Customer service is Non existent! My advise is just don't do it.
Hopefully I will be able to cancel within the 14 day period.
Valuable lesson learnt for sure!

Your 14 days period (I presume you mean cooling off) has already expired.  It runs from when you placed the order, and not from when you receive it.

    OH NO.
Well it's been a few days now and all seems ok. There is next to no support for this though.
I've worked in IT for years so i am fine for now. Famous last words right?

If Openreach are told what to do and they do it, I believe one broadband is the same as any other.
Having said that, I was left without any BB for weeks with Onestream, at least I got compensation.
I am sure bad service is rare.
